At Valerie PK, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy before requesting a return or exchange:


1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

  • You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt) is required.

  • Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange (unless the product is damaged or incorrect).


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover all replacement shipping charges.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team may request further details before approving the return/exchange.


3. Change of Mind / Customer Preference

  • If you wish to return or exchange a product simply because you don’t like it or changed your mind, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • In such cases, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • If the refund is due to an error on our side (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover all shipping charges.

  • If the refund is requested for personal reasons (e.g., not liking the product), the following will be deducted from the refund amount:

    • Actual shipping charges (as shown at checkout)

    • PKR 200 packaging/handling fee


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, clearance products, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Accessories that are tried/used (e.g., earrings) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.


6. Important Notes

  • Returned products must pass our quality check before approval.

  • Any product returned without prior approval from our team may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their cost.

  • Refund/exchange is only applicable on items purchased through our official website (valeriepk.com).
